These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and palago governing your use of the platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager. Last updated: June 2026.

palago is strictly for players aged 21 and above. This is a legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Underage users are prohibited from registering or playing on palago.
Each person may hold only one palago account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances, including any bonus funds.

To access palago's gaming services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
Each natural person may hold only one (1) active palago account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. palago reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including pending withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed from accounts that have not completed KYC verification. palago reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for large transactions or accounts presenting risk indicators.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your palago username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. palago will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Notify palago support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
palago accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits are credited to your palago wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
palago does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits originating from unknown or unverified sources may be held pending investigation and may be returned to source without interest.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
palago reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC, AML screening, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. Players will be notified of any hold applied to their account.
All palago account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) unless an alternative currency is expressly displayed for a specific payment method or product. Currency conversion fees, if any, are borne by the player.
palago may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus funds.
palago reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

Your use of palago is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. palago collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Nothing in these Terms limits palago's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
palago reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
On closure of an account in good standing, any verified balance remaining (net of applicable bonuses not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of a dispute relating to any game outcome, transaction, or palago's interpretation of these Terms, you must first contact palago's support team in writing via the official support email or live chat. palago will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a resolution within ten (10) business days.
If you are not satisfied with palago's resolution, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. palago cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the investigation of player complaints and regulatory inquiries.
Random number generator (RNG) outcomes and live dealer game results determined by a certified gaming system are final. palago does not reverse or void wagers based on a player's subjective dissatisfaction with an outcome that was correctly determined in accordance with the published game rules.
palago reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by a prominent notice on the palago website. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using palago and may request account closure.
These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the palago platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable regulatory frameworks.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of palago to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
